Want A Refund From Publisher's Clearing House?

Refunds Will Range From $50 To $1,000

Nearly 2,000 Wisconsin consumers want money back from Publisher's Clearing House.

Phones at the state Justice Department were swamped Wednesday. At one point, so many voicemails were saved that it nearly brought down the whole state system.

Refunds will range from $50 to $1,000 -- depending on how much people spent to increase their chance of winning a million bucks.

To Get A Refund

Did you buy merchandise from Publisher's Clearing House and now want your money back?

Call the state Justice Department at (800) 998-0700. You've got 90 days to get the claim form and return it. It asks two questions.

Do you think that the refunds are fair?
  • Did you buy merchandise?
  • Did you feel your chances of winning would be greater if you bought?
  • You'll need receipts, but if you don't have them, the state can look up your name on Publisher's files and find out what you paid.

The phone lines will likely be jammed, but again. You've got a lot of time to fill out and return the form.

The checks will come directly from the state Justice Department.
