Former Sen. Chuck Chvala may soon be ordered to cough up some extra cash.

A Dane County judge is asking Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager whether Chvala should have to pay more in restitution.

Chvala will pay $2,000 for his role in the Capitol corruption scandal.

The judge believes that restitution should also cover the costs of all the office aides.
