OREGON, Wis. -- Dane County authorities have finished their investigation into allegations that a pair of female guards at Oakhill Correctional Institution had sex with a male inmate, WISC-TV reported.The woman allegedly had sexual relations with the same man inside the Oregon facility.The case is now in the hands of Dane County district attorney Brian Blanchard.A new state law makes having sex with a prisoner a felon, WISC-TV reported.
