New State Law Makes Sex With Prisoners A Felony

Dane County authorities have finished their investigation into allegations that a pair of female guards at Oakhill Correctional Institution had sex with a male inmate, WISC-TV reported.

The woman allegedly had sexual relations with the same man inside the Oregon facility.

The case is now in the hands of Dane County district attorney Brian Blanchard.

A new state law makes having sex with a prisoner a felon, WISC-TV reported.
