Schoof joined Doyle's campaign last month.Campaign officials said that Judge, who helped run U.S. Sen. John Kerry's Democratic presidential campaign in Wisconsin last year, is resigning for personal reasons, but won't elaborate.Doyle told reporters last month that he'd keep Judge as campaign manager despite news of a court filing that included excerpts from an interview that he gave investigators looking into possible state Capitol corruption.Judge told investigators that he and others did campaign work aimed at keeping Democrats in power while he worked as a legislative aide from 1998-2001. The work included raising money and recruiting candidates. He said that he helped staff cover up the work.
