Authorities have identified one of the people killed in a fire in Easton Monday as 79-year-old Ronald G. Peak.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department said Wednesday morning that Peak was living at the home on the 1400 block of Evergreen Court with his wife, Joanne Peak, 77. Joanne Peak survived the fire and remains hospitalized.
The sheriff's office said it is awaiting positive identification of the other male victim who was killed in the early morning blaze.
Two people were killed in a fire Monday morning, according to officials in the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities had previously said foul play was not suspected in the fire.
