Fish Hatchery Crash Blamed On Drunken Driving

One man is arrested for drunken driving and crashing his car in the early morning hours of New Year's Day.

Police have tentatively charged John Guzman with injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

Police say speed and alcohol contributed to the accident on the beltline early Sunday morning.

Three people were in an SUV when it crashed while trying to exit on to Fish Hatchery Road.

One person was thrown from the car and critically injured two others had minor injuries.
