MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Protestors chanted outside a congressional hearing in Milwaukee Monday.The hearing was to discuss voting irregularities in Wisconsin in 2004's presidential election.Green Bay Congressman Mark Green had asked for the hearing after state auditors recently found 105 instances of improper or fraudulent voting in 5 Wisconsin cities including Milwaukee and Madison.The protestors oppose proposals requiring voters to show photo identification before voting.
