Middleton Man Was Convicted For Killing Cousin

The Middleton, Wis., man convicted of killing and dismembering his cousin wants a new trial.

Kupaza on stand Peter Kupaza (pictured, right), 40, said that some of the evidence used in his trial does not reasonably support his guilt, News 3 reports. He has filed a motion on that claim.

A Sauk County jury last July convicted Kupaza of murdering Mwivano Kupaza and hiding her body.
