At least four people have been arrested and linked to about 30 burglaries in northeastern Wisconsin, including thefts of over 60 guns.
WLUK-TV reports Keith Bernarde, Lorenzo Thiex, Ayesha Dodge and Forrest Sparks have been charged in the burglaries.
Authorities say they believe Bernarde would buy or trade items Thiex, his nephew, stole across the area. They say Dodge and Sparks helped with the burglaries.
Authorities searched homes in Mattoon and Almon in the past two weeks.
Investigators say they've recovered about $70,000 in stolen property, including hunting equipment, power tools and TVs.
Shawano County Sheriff Adam Bieber says he expects more arrests will be made. He says the case is significant for the area and one of the largest ones the department's detectives have ever worked on.
It wasn't immediately clear if the suspects have attorneys.
