A 36-year-old California man claims he's a virgin despite fathering 14 kids.

Trent Arsenault, a Silicon Valley computer security specialist, told an incredulous Anderson Cooper on "Anderson" that he has never had a sex partner and feels it's his duty to help childless couples reproduce.

"I've committed 100 percent of my sexual energy for producing sperm for childless couples to have babies. So I don't have other activity outside of that," he said.

Arsenault, who calls himself a "donor-sexual," doesn't charge couples for his sperm, but his unconventional methods have caused the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to issue a cease-and-desist order, the San Jose Mercury News reported.

The FDA alleges that Arsenault has not taken legally required precautions to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.

Arsenault markets himself on an elaborate website, www.trentdonor.org, where he displays everything from his personal background to his STD results to the organic diet he consumes to keep his sperm vital and plentiful.

He vows to fight the FDA order.

"I don't see this as any different from any other couple in America that wants to have a baby," Arsenault told the San Jose Mercury News.
