Updated: 7:19 am CDT September 4, 2010

A 19-year-old Janesville man faces five counts of possession of child pornography following the execution of a search warrant at his home on Tuesday.

Rock County sheriff's officials said that during a search of Joseph B. Frank Jr.'s home on South Harmony Drive, authorities found computer files and storage devices that contained 33 images of child pornography.

Investigators said that during an interview, Frank told detectives that anything found on his computer would belong to him.

Frank made his initial appearance in court on Thursday and was released on a $25,000 personal recognizance bond. He's due back in court on Sept. 28.
