Frazier pleaded no contest and was sentenced to two years in a state juvenile correctional center. He was released in March 2008, and it's not clear if he'd been in school or at another facility since then.Frazier is scheduled to appear in court Friday, when formal charges in the McKittrick homicide are expected to be filed.
