LOGANSVILLE, Wis. -- A Loganville farm continues to be the site of a raw milk skirmish between state officials and dairy farmer Vernon Hershberger. The state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection served an inspection warrant on Thursday morning. Hershberger refused to let DATCP in on advice of his counsel, WISC-TV reported.DATCP said Hershberger isn't licensed and is still selling raw milk. Hershberger said that isn't exactly true."Everybody who comes on the farm has to have permission to be here, or be a club member and the club members all have a lease agreement on the livestock and everything. They're just picking up their own product. It's not that we're selling it," said Hershberger.Hershberger said his club members are considering filing a lawsuit.
