1 Killed, 2 Injured In Dodge County Crash

SUV Collided With Farm Tractor

The Dodge County Sheriff's Department said one person was killed and two others seriously injured in a crash between a sport utility vehicle and a farm tractor Thursday night.

Authorities said a Ford Explorer traveling southbound on County Highway G in the town of Lowell collided with a farm tractor also southbound on County Highway G just north of County Highway GG.

The crash was reported at 9:31 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities said the driver of the Ford Explorer, Joel Cahoon, 53, of Reeseville, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities said the occupants of the tractor, Thomas Hamann, 31, and Mark Hamann, 53, both of Reeseville, were transported by Flight for Life to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison for their injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Crash Investigation Team.
