Seager Will Be Buried Monday

Flags across the state will fly at half staff on Monday to honor a Wisconsin soldier who died in the shootings at Fort Hood.

U.S. Army Reserve Capt. Russell Seager died on Nov. 5.

Seager's funeral will be held on Monday in his hometown of Wonewoc.
