Updated: 9:01 am CDT October 28, 2009

It's back to business as usual after a scare led to the evacuation of the Walmart in Monona on Tuesday night.

According to Monona police, Walmart employees reported finding a suspicious package -- a cooler with wires visible from the outside.

Authorities sealed off the underground garage area where the cooler was found and the store was evacuated.

Dane County's Explosive Ordinance Disposal Team was called in and determined the cooler was modified with an aerator to hold bait fish. Water bottles and empty plastic containers were also in the cooler.
