Dane County sheriff's officials are releasing dash cam video of a high-speed chase that ended with a Janesville man's arrest last week.

Theodore Rush is accused of robbing a bank in Blooming Grove. Authorities said the video shows him then leading police and deputies on a chase through Madison and Monona, along the Beltline and the interstate.

Deputies used spike strips to stop the 33-year-old driver near Stoughton, authorities said.

Rush is being held on $25,000 cash bail after his Tuesday appearance in Dane County Court.

He is charged with nine felonies -- two armed robbery, one count of eluding an officer, one count of taking a vehicle and driving without owners consent, and five counts of second degree reckless endangering safety.

Rush is due back in court later this month.
