Dane County Authorities To Hold Meeting About Sex Offender
Meeting Set For Thursday In Verona

VERONA, Wis. -- The Dane County Sheriff's Office announced that it will hold a community notification meeting about a sex offender.Convicted sex offender David Wellman is being released in Verona.The state's Sex Offender Registry said Wellman was convicted of third-degree sexual assault in 2001.The meeting to notify the public is set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Verona Town Hall.
