A Madison man is facing his fifth OWI charge after authorities said he was driving erratically on the city's East Side this weekend.

Patricio Huerta, 40, was arrested for OWI, reckless driving, a revoked license, driving without headlights and driving in the opposite lane.

Witnesses said Huerta's Dodge COlt was bouncing off the curb on Saturday night along Williamson Street, near Rogers Street.

Police said a driver in the opposite direction had to swerve to avoid a crash.
