2 arrested after burglary at Farm and Fleet

Suspects spotted walking nearby, police say

MADISON, Wis. -

Two men were arrested after Madison police investigated a burglary at Blain's Farm & Fleet Thursday night.

Police said they were called to the Farm & Fleet at 2202 S. Stoughton Rd. at 11 p.m. when an employee spotted someone taking car batteries off a pallet. The man fled when police were called.

Officers said they found six new car batteries outside the security fence when they arrived and set up a perimeter.

Two men were spotted walking near Pflaum Road and Camden Road, identified as suspects, and arrested, police said.

James L. Dubois III, 19, of Madison, was arrested on suspicion of burglary. Mark R. Bruchman, 45, of Madison, was arrested on suspicion of party to the crime of burglary.
