Police Arrest Men Suspected Of Shooting From Vehicle

Incident Reported Early Thursday Morning

Madison police said two men are in custody in connection with a drive-by shooting incident early Thursday morning.

Police said Timme Baker, 30, was arrested on a tentative charge of endangering public safety by use of a weapon. Police said he was also intoxicated while driving.

Police said that a call came in around 1 .m. Thursday that someone in a car was firing shots at a farmhouse on Midtown Road near Woods Road.

Police said that Baker and Tobias Baker, 21, were later stopped by officers and arrested and that a handgun was recovered.

Tobias Baker was arrested on tentative charges of felon in possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana.

Police said they don't believe there was any damage to the farmhouse or anything else in the area.
