Mayor's Race: Sierra Club, Affordable Housing Group Pick Candidate

MADISON, Wis. -- The local Sierra Club and the Affordable Housing Action Alliance have thrown their support in the mayor race behind Bert Zipperer.
Zipperer already had the endorsements of Progressive Dane, the 4 Lakes Green Party, and the Socialist Party of Wisconsin/South Central Local. "I am pleased that all kinds of people -- environmentalists, labor activists, community organizers -- are supporting my campaign," Zipperer said.The primary is Tuesday.
