Diana Bianchi To Lose Settlement From Peter Cook?

Lawyers for Diana Bianchi, the former lover of Christie Brinkley's ex-husband Peter Cook, are now responding to today's New York Post article stating that they supposedly broke a confidentiality agreement that has now cost Bianchi a third of her $300,000 settlement that was reached in 2007.

According to the Post, Cook's lawyer, Kathleen McKenna, states that the settlement addresses the alleged sex tape that made headlines earlier this month and protects Cook from any criminal charges that relate to it, therefore, Bianchi's lawyer Joseph Tacopina's threats of prosecution violate terms of that deal. McKenna also states that the settlement forbids Bianchi's lawyers from disparaging Cook and accuses Bianchi's other lawyer, Rosemarie Arnold, of doing so when she supposedly called him a "wolf" after his interview with Barbara Walters.
