The Wisconsin State Journal reported on Monday that Ee Lee will likely never be charged in the 2007 death of her daughter, Anastasia Vang.

Court documents show doctors found numerous injuries, including a skull fracture and bruising, on the child, WISC-TV reported.

Next, Lee will undergo further tests and if she isn't able to be treated, she will likely be committed to state custody.
