Report: Charges On Hold Against Madison Mother Accused Of Killing Baby
Newspaper Says Lee To Undergo Additional Testing

MADISON, Wis. -- A Madison mother accused of killing her 6-week-old baby last year was determined to have the mental capacity of an 8-year-old and might not face charges, according to a newspaper report.
VIDEO: Watch The ReportThe Wisconsin State Journal reported on Monday that Ee Lee will likely never be charged in the 2007 death of her daughter, Anastasia Vang.Court documents show doctors found numerous injuries, including a skull fracture and bruising, on the child, WISC-TV reported.Next, Lee will undergo further tests and if she isn't able to be treated, she will likely be committed to state custody.Stay tuned to WISC-TV and Channel 3000 for continuing coverage.
