Just in: "The Insider" has obtained audio of the 911 call made by a concerned citizen who allegedly witnessed Heather Locklear driving erratically Saturday afternoon just prior to her DUI arrest. Click here to listen to the call.
A spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol confirmed to ET that the 911 caller observed a woman, alleged to be Locklear, acting strangely and driving poorly as she left a parking lot in Montecito, California -- an upscale town adjacent to Santa Barbara.
