Important School Referendums To Be Decided

Turnout is expected to be low for Tuesday's primary election across the state.

Experts predict that only 15 percent of voters will cast ballots.

There are 34 state assembly seats and four congressional districts holding primaries.

Several schools, including Montello, will have referendums on the ballot.

The Marquette County school may be forced to dissolve or consolidate with nearby Westfield, if the referendum fails.

The Montello referendum asks voters to exceed the state revenue caps by up to nearly a million dollars for each of the next two years.

WISC-TV and Channel3000.com will have complete election coverage on Tuesday.
