Ticket Scalpers In Green Bay Need $800 Permit

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Green Bay Packers ticket scalpers will now have to buy a permit to sell tickets outside Lambeau Field.The Green Bay City Council approved the ordinance that goes into effect on Friday.On game day, in order to sell tickets, scalpers must get an $800 permit, and can only sell in a designated area east of the stadium.The ordinance does not affect original ticket holders, or anyone selling their tickets at face value.
