Madison Teen Injured In Motorcycle Crash

Crash Occurred Friday

A 16-year-old Madison teenager lost control of his 2003 Honda CBX motorcycle on Highway 51 on Friday and went into a ditch.

Dane County sheriff's deputies, along with Edgerton EMS and Stoughton fire, responded to the scene near Ramsey Road in the Town of Albion.

The teenager was wearing a helmet and was transported to the University of Wisconsin Hospital via Med Flight with serious but nonlife-threatening injuries, according to a Dane County Sheriff's Department news release.

The teenager was cited for failure to maintain control of his motorcycle.
