Madison police are looking for a gunman who held up a woman last week at the intersection of Mills Street and St. James Court early Thursday morning.

Police released a sketch of the suspect Friday, and he's described as 6 feet tall, weighing 160 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants and carrying a silver-colored handgun, WISC-TV reported.

Authorities said the suspect held up a woman around 1 a.m. last Thursday. He took her purse and got into a white car.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014.
