Area Beaches Closed Due To Blue-Green Algae

Algae Can Cause Sickness In Humans, Animals

Four local beaches are still closed due to high levels of blue-green algae.

The beaches affected are:

  • Warner Beach

  • BB Clarke Beach

  • James Madison Beach

  • Olin Beach

    The algae has been found to cause sickness in both humans and animals.
