Janesville police said they have made two more arrests in connection with a prostitution investigation at a Janesville strip club.

Police said the arrests are in connection with an investigation at Screamin' Mee-Mees.

Police said they arrested Randy Peterson, 49, of Janesville, on Friday on charges of keeping a place of prostitution.

Authorities said that James Halbach, 52, of Orfordville, surrendered himself at the Janesville Police Department Monday and was arrested on prostitution charges.

Police said that Peterson manages Screamin Mee-Mees, an adult entertainment establishment, for the owners James and Rebecca Halbach.

Police said the investigation remains open but investigators are concluding their work. Police said their investigation revealed more than 100 separate prostitution violations occurring between July 2007 and October 2007.

Police had made 18 previous arrests on prostitution charges in the investigation.

A court date for Halbach and Peterson has been set for July 28.
