Hearing Delayed In Case Of Father Accused Of Killing Twins
Yates' Lawyer Had His License Suspended

BARABOO, Wis. -- A hearing scheduled for Monday for the Baraboo man accused of killing his 5-week-old twins will be delayed because his lawyer had his license temporarily suspended.Defense attorney Paul Polacek is representing David Yates, 45, who is charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide, WISC-TV reported.A Sauk County circuit judge said that Polacek's name was on a list of lawyers who hadn't fulfilled continuing education requirements.A June 17 meeting will determine if Polacek can remain Yates' lawyer.
