MILWAUKEE -- Investigators said last week's attack of a Milwaukee County bus driver, which was caught on tape, was a case of mistaken identity.A 17-year-old former Milwaukee Public School student is now in custody. The boy was reportedly out for revenge against a driver who had kicked him off a bus earlier in the day for having a fake bus pass. But the driver he is accused of beating wasn't the same driver. The teenager was arrested after someone recognized him on the tape and turned him in.The driver, who's first name is Earl, said that the incident was disappointing."It makes it sad because you have all of these young people that are out here that can be doing so many other things," Earl said. The Sheriff's Department said the teenager has confessed to the incident, but the sheriff's department said the investigation is ongoing.
