Elderly Couple Killed In Trempealeau County Crash
Victims' Daughter, Son-In-Law Are Hospitalized

ARCADIA, Wis. -- An elderly couple were killed in a highway crash in Trempealeau County this weekend.The couple's daughter and son-in-law, visiting from Kenosha, were also in the vehicle and were critically injured.Evelyn Kokott, 84, died in the head-on crash on Highway 93 in the Town of Arcadia on Saturday night. Her 91-year-old husband, Alphonse Kokott, died Sunday.Relatives said that the couple had been married for more than 60 years.The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department said that a third vehicle was involved in the collision, but no other details were released.Relatives said that daughter Sharon Jackson and her husband, Ted, are hospitalized in critical condition.
