Three names were added to the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial. All three officers died since 2006 -- Chippewa County Deputy Steven Hahn, Kenosha County Deputy Frank Fabiano Jr. and Prescott Officer Jackie Ryden.

"Today is a day when we recall their stories. We offer our heartfelt sympathies to their families and their colleagues, and we honor their distinguished service to our communities and our state," said Gov. Jim Doyle.

Nearly 250 law enforcement officers have died since 1844 while on duty in Wisconsin. This was the 18th year for the ceremony.
