Joe Paulus Faces Sexual Misconduct, Other Charges

The Winnebago County District Attorney is under fire for alleged sexual misconduct and fixing
drunken driving tickets, FBI agents said Friday.
Joe Paulus denied lowering drunken driving penalties in exchange for cash. He also said a tape recording of him allegedly having sex in the office during business hours, was nothing more than exaggerated boy talk.
The FBI is investigating the case.
