Man Killed In Two-Vehicle Collision Near Lodi

Two Others Treated For Injuries

A 32-year-old man was killed on Tuesday night in a two-vehicle crash west of Lodi.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Department is investigating the fatal collision, which occurred on County Highway V in West Point Township, about three miles west of Lodi.

Deputies said that they responded to the head-on crash. Gary Joshua Frye, known as Josh, was driving one of the vehicles and died at the scene, WISC-TV reported.

Two people inside the other car were treated for injuries at a local hospital.

Authorities said that it's not yet known what triggered the collision.
