MAUSTON, Wis. -- A man accused in the deaths of two people whose bodies were found in a car in Juneau County last year has pleaded no contest to two counts of being party to second-degree reckless homicide. As part of a plea agreement, John Tetting Jr., of Tomah also pleaded guilty on Monday to Monroe County charges of receiving stolen property and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and had other charges in that county dismissed. The 25-year-old Tetting was charged with reckless homicide in the shooting deaths of Joshua Alderman, 31, of La Crosse, and Tabatha Nealy, 23, of Wisconsin Rapids.Another defendant, David Turner, 33, faces two counts of being party to first-degree intentional homicide in the deaths. The criminal complaints said that Tetting drove Turner to a remote Juneau County location on March 11, 2007, to discuss a large-scale drug distribution conspiracy with Alderman, formerly of Wisconsin Rapids, and Turner then shot the victims.
