Man Was Karate Instructor

FITCHBURG, Wis. -- Fitchburg police said they have arrested a man on suspicion of second-degree sexual assault of a child and repeated sexual assault of a child.Police said they believe James Koukas, 35, who is a karate instructor, has had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old he met while teaching.Detectives said they are interviewing other children to see if there are any other victims.Koukas has been a karate teacher in the Madison and Middleton areas for several years.
