Democratic hopeful, U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, held a rally at Beloit College on Monday night, focusing on his message of hope and change. Some people waited in the cold for more than six hours in order to get a seat for the event, WISC-TV reported.

"I can't remember a time, and yes, I'm only 19. I can't remember the last time that people were so motivated in a positive way, not just trying to get someone out of office, but just feeling like we can do something," said Beloit College sophomore and Obama supporter Angie Bonilla. "This is our country, and it's time for us to get up and do something."

Inside, Obama supporters hung signs that read, "Cheeseheads 4 Change," among other Wisconsin-specific sentiments.

"I'm interested in just learning more about him," said Beloit College sophomore and undecided voter Anna Blankschien. "I just want to see him speak, hear what his policies are and get into him more, like these girls are."

Security was tight with the Transportation Security Administration screening everyone before allowing them inside, WISC-TV reported.

High school senior Trevor Foss, 18, of Janesville, said he'll cast a vote in Tuesday's primary for the first time in his life. Foss said he's supporting Obama because he likes Obama's plans to help students afford tuition.

Foss said that he also believes Obama better understands and supports the middle class, which bodes well for his family and all of the U.S.
