As Wisconsin's primary draws closer, Democratic candidates get ready to vie for the 92 delegates that are up for grabs.

At the Majestic Theatre on Monday night, supporters of U.S. Sen. Barack Obama got their groove on, WISC-TV reported.

The "Boogie for Barack" disco fundraiser drew former Wisconsin Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager and Fighting Bob.com editor Ed Garvey. The event kicks off a week of events aimed at rallying support for Obama, which includes a rally at the Kohl Center on Tuesday night.

Obama's campaign said the senator plans to hold town-hall meetings on Wednesday in Janesville, Waukesha and Racine. They're described as town-hall meetings to focus on the needs of middle-class families.

Obama last visited Madison in October. He drew a crowd of 4,000 at Monona Terrace.
