A reward fund to find the killer of a Madison man who was found stabbed outside his home on the city's south side has increased to $40,000.

Police said they think Joel Marino, 31, might have been stabbed in his home off South Park Street and then collapsed while trying to get to nearby St. Mary's Hospital last week.

Police said that they think the attack could have been random.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on the case to call Madison-Area Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014.
