17-Year-Old Arrested In Connection To Alleged Child Enticement

Boy Was Pulled Over Last Year

MADISON, Wis. -- A 17-year-old boy was arrested and is tentatively charged in connection to a possible child enticement on Madison's West Side.

Sean Lynch is tentatively charged after an incident allegedly involving a 12-year-old who was walking home from school, WISC-TV reported.

Last week, police had alerted residents after several area women said that they had been approached by a teenager. On Friday, police pulled over a black SUV matching the suspect's description.
