A 24-year-old man was arrested after driving a large truck to a parking lot at Lambeau Field, looking around and then running away.

Authorities said the man drove into the parking lot for Packers players around 5 p.m. Thursday.

Green Bay police said they were called in after the team's security staff saw the man jumping the fence and running away.

Lt. Todd LePine said the man later returned to the truck and drove around in the lot before being stopped by officers.

Officers searched the vehicle by hand and found nothing immediately suspicious.

LePine said the truck was loaded with junk and the man couldn't explain what he had done.

Officers determined the man posed no immediate risk. He was taken to the Brown County Jail and booked on a trespassing citation. Police plan to continue searching the truck at their station.

LePine said the man's family said he has been exhibiting strange behavior recently. They said he was recently discharged from the military.
