Adams Outdoor Advertising created a notice on their digital board near John Nolan Drive."It's neat that you can respond so quickly with this type of board. Hopefully we can help Kelly be found, but there are a lot of things that can be done, because we can literally put something up there in an hour," said Chris Eigenberger, general manager at Adams Outdoor Advertising.Adams Outdoor Advertising said that 75,000 to 80,000 people drive past their board each day and that the notice will run in rotation with six other ads approximately every 40 seconds.University of Wisconsin-Madison officials are also helping in the search effort. The university has posted Nolan's photo and information on its news Web site and the My UW Portal."I think as student affairs professionals we understand that this is a crisis situation for those involved in trying to make the efforts to find the student, and we're trying to support them as well as contribute to the community effort," said Elton Crim, interim associate dean of students at UW-Madison.UW-Madison said that since students and staff access e-mail and other records through the My UW Portal, they hope Nolan's disappearance will get some more attention.Nolan's family and friends are also continuing their search and awareness efforts. They held a guitar service Friday evening outside St. Paul's Catholic Center on Library Mall to join together in hope for her safe return."I couldn't sleep last night, so I looked up in the sky out the window and realized Kelly is out there and needs prayers," said Mary Jane Nolan, Kelly Nolan's mother."Coming out here, just raising more awareness has given the police so much information," said April Nolan, Kelly's sister. Some of that information, including where Kelly was the last time she was seen or what she was doing then is being kept private despite repeated requests, WISC-TV reported."We don't want any information about the investigation released at this point as we've been advised by the police. They say this is the best way to go about finding Kelly; that's what we're told, (and) that's what we're going to do," April Nolan said.Family priests prayed with the Nolan family Friday."We rejoice together, we grieve together, we pray together, we hope together and we wanted to show that in a real, concrete sort of way," said the Rev. Eric Sternberg, pastor at St. John's.April Nolan has set up a Facebook page to notify and update family and friends on the search."Please help us find Kelly, so many of us are deeply worried. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Kelly is loved by her family and friends who can't live without her," April Nolan wrote.Nolan moved back to the Madison area last month for a job, according to her mother. Her family said that she was out with friends on Saturday night and got separated from them at about 11:30 p.m.They split up from Kelly around 11:30 p.m. and they all left and she stayed in the downtown area," said April Nolan. "She was by herself at the time. And beyond that, no one knows exactly for sure who she was with, where she all went."The family said that being gone for this long is out of character for her.Kelly Nolan is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. Her sister said that on Saturday night, Kelly Nolan was wearing a green, sleeveless top with a scoop neck, a light pair of jeans, sandals with a heel and carrying a slate gray purse."If anybody can help, seriously, even if they think it's nothing, say something, call the Crime Stoppers number. Anything at all," April Nolan said.Authorities are asking anyone with information on Nolan's whereabouts to call Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014.Stay tuned to WISC-TV and Channel 3000 for continuing coverage.
