Spangler Pleads No Contest To Charges From Crash
Police: Spangler Hit Family's Minivan

MADISON, Wis. -- A man with several drunken-driving convictions entered a no-contest plea to six counts related to an October crash.Mark Spangler, 39, was charged with drunken driving for an eighth time when authorities said he plowed into a minivan driven by a Lake Geneva family on the interstate on Oct. 22.On Friday, Spangler pleaded no contest to six felony counts related to that crash, which left a father seriously injured.At a January parole revocation hearing, Spangler was sentenced to more than six years in prison.
