Updated: 11:43 am CDT April 2, 2007

A Brown County court has ordered written briefs be filed by April 10 in the case against three teens accused of plotting an attack on Green Bay East High School.

Lawyers for all three defendants have submitted motions to try each teen separately and to have the case heard by a jury outside Brown County.

William Cornell, 17, Shawn Sturtz 18, and Bradley Netwal, 19, are each charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree intentional homicide and conspiracy to commit damage to property by use of explosives.
