MADISON, Wis. -- Madison will once again host the Dalai Lama this spring, according to University of Wisconsin-Madison officials.

The university announced on Wednesday that he will speak at the Kohl Center on Friday, May 4.

During his stay, he will visit the new temple being built at the Deer Park Buddhist Center in Oregon and conduct four teaching sessions at the Alliant Energy Center, WISC-TV reported.

The Dalai Lama is also planning to return to the Madison area in July 2008.
