Police: Milwaukee Accountant Arrested In Stealing Women's Underwear
Thefts Allegedly Occurred On Marquette University Campus

MILWAUKEE -- A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested this weekend on suspicion of stealing women's underwear from apartments on the Marquette University campus.Police said that Pascal Lucas, who is an accountant, was arrested on Saturday after being caught breaking into an apartment.A Marquette graduate, Lucas allegedly had lived in the building and had possession a master key, which is how authorities think he gained access to the apartments, WISC-TV reported.Officers said that they searched Lucas' home and found plastic bags full of stolen panties all sorted by apartment number.Police said that they also found child pornography on his home computer, WISC-TV reported.
