AT&T plans to hire an additional 90 workers in Wisconsin.
The Dallas-based telecommunications company made the announcement Friday in Milwaukee. Eighty of the 90 jobs are new positions.
The additional jobs will deal mainly with AT&T's U-verse TV and internet service.
An AT&T Wisconsin spokesman says the new jobs will be statewide, but the majority will be in the Milwaukee area.
Gov. Scott Walker was on hand for the announcement. Walker says AT&T already has invested nearly $140 million in Wisconsin's wireless and wired networks, and will enhance its broadband network and other services over the next three years.
AT&T already employs more than 3,500 people in Wisconsin.
